Take the Mass Pike West to exit 10

Bear right after the tollbooth onto route 12 South

Approx. 1 mile, merge onto route 20 West at traffic lights (by Pub 99)

Continue on route 20 West to next traffic light (Cumberland Farms will be on your left)

Bear right, staying on route 20 West

Continue approx. 7 miles on route 20 West to traffic light in Charlton (CVS on your left)

Take a left at the lights onto North Main Street (you’ll see a blue/gold Overlook Life Care Community sign when you turn)

Continue approx. 6/10th of a mile to center of town and take a right onto route 31 (at another blue/gold sign)

Proceed to the top of the hill; take the 1st driveway to The Overlook Life Care Community on your left (East Gate entrance)

Following signs for Overlook Catering & Reception Events continue to the top of the driveway, bearing right at the top (across from Summit Elder Services).
Park in front of the tan building (this is the Overlook Reception Room), located across from the red barn. There is a sign, Overlook Hotel, posted outside of the tan building. Enter the building through the doors on the left between the white pillars located at the end of the porch.

Take the Mass Pike East to exit 9

The exit will split to Sturbridge/Charlton

Take the Charlton exit (this will put you on route 84 for a very short distance)

Take exit 3A (route 20 East)

Continue on route 20 East approx. 6 miles to traffic light at the intersection of route 31 (Mobil station/McDonalds on the right)

Take a right at the light onto route 31 (Masonic Home Road) and proceed to the top of the hill

Take the 2nd driveway on the right (Overlook Masonic Health Center will be on your right). This is the East Gate entrance.

Once on campus, follow directions in BOLD listed above.

Take 495 South to the Worcester exit (I-290 West)

Continue on I-290 West to exit 6B (Sturbridge, route 20 West)

Continue on route 20 West to traffic light (Cumberland Farms will be on your left)

Bear right, staying on route 20 West

Continue approx. 7 miles on route 20 West to traffic light in Charlton (CVS on your left)

Take route 84 to exit 3A (route 20 East)

Take a right at the light onto route 31 (Masonic Home Road) and proceed to the top of the hill

Take the 2nd driveway on the right (The Overlook Life Care Community will be on your right). This is the East Gate entrance.
