Our 27 bed private room post-acute and rehabilitative unit offers exceptional and individualized rehabilitation care services that you require. While our elegant accommodations are new, our reputation for providing quality care dates back almost a century. Our interdisciplinary team will develop an individual plan of care that will take place on the campus of The Overlook Life Care Community. Our Post-Acute and Rehabilitative Service areas are completely outfitted with the most recent rehabilitation equipment. As beautiful as our accommodations are, however, the real benefit to your stay at The Overlook is our innovative team of professionals. You will experience the most advanced methods of therapeutic programming to assist you in reacquiring strength and conditioning.

You will have all the comforts of home at your fingertips, including, deluxe private rooms with private baths. Gracious welcoming and dining areas invite you and your neighbors for relaxing meals and stimulating conversation. If required, our Overlook Visiting Nurse Association can provide you with additional services after you return home. At The Overlook we will see you through to wellness.
