Our state-of-the-art 112 bed private room skilled nursing facility offers long term and dementia related care and comprehensive around-the-clock nursing and medical attention whenever required. Physicians ensure residents receive services appropriate to their needs. All members of our medical and nursing staff are devoted and caring professionals who provide the highest level of medical care. It takes a team to help a person reach his or her maximum potential. That is why we draw on the expertise of a group of professionals from nursing, social service, recreation, dining service, and rehabilitation departments. Working together with the member’s physician and family, the team designs a personalized plan of service tailored to the individual.

The facility also cares for residents with Alzheimer’s or other dementia related diagnoses in our memory care unit. Residents are encouraged to maximize their independence. An outstanding rehabilitation program that includes physical, occupational and speech therapy is also available. The entire care planning team, including patients and family members, work closely to monitor each resident’s progress.

The Overlook Masonic Health Center is both Medicare and Medicaid certified to provide nursing and rehabilitative services.
