Located on a beautiful 106 acre campus in Leeds, Massachusetts, The Overlook at Northampton offers 80 skilled nursing and 40 post acute beds for all your long and short-term care needs. Developed in 1914, this community has consistently been considered the region’s leader in both skilled nursing and post acute care.

Post Acute Care
Upon admission you will receive a comprehensive therapeutic assessment. From this assessment; goals and objectives are formed and therapy begins immediately. We will assist you in all areas of development to make your transition home that much easier. We are committed to maintaining an innovative medical and rehabilitation environment with all the latest technological advancements.

Our expert activity staff, in conjunction with our current residents, have created a stimulating activities calendar which motivates the mind and body. We fully understand that certain individuals react more positively to one-on-one consultation.
