Overlook Outpatient Rehabilitation & Wellness continues the Masonic charitable tradition by providing an integrative model of rehabilitation services.

Our mission is to help the community improve their quality of life and to maximize their functional independence. We strive to achieve this by educating others, providing effective and skilled treatments, utilizing state of the art equipment and by providing caring, professional staff. 

Rehabilitation & Wellness:
Assists patients in returning to health in an Outpatient setting. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. We also offer patients the flexibility in scheduling their appointments.
