Initial Tour - A representative from the Catering Sales staff is available to meet with couples for an initial tour of the property and to discuss Overlook policies and procedures. Tours are available by appointment Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00am and 2:30pm. The initial tour is a familiarization visit and is not meant to be an event planning session.Event Planning Meeting - For couples who choose to book the Overlook Hotel and Reception Room, a private one-hour meeting will be scheduled at the couple's convenience to discuss the details of their wedding reception.
Additional Event Management Services - An event management professional is available for private wedding/event consultation. We are pleased to offer consultation and planning on all aspects of creating a special event for a fee of $75.00 per hour.
